Children with Disabilities Face Overlapping Barriers
Access
to education is often difficult for children with disabilities in many low and
middle income countries, more so if they are forcibly displaced. Their
experience can vary enormously, depending first and foremost on the extent to
which their needs are identified and addressed. Refugee children with
disabilities stand to benefit from international legal instruments that, among

Comment dealing specifically with children with disabilities, calling for them
to be given high priority for special assistance.
Disability
is not a monolithic concept. Experiences can vary widely according to
individual important and available accommodation. Context, experiences and
personal attributes can lead to very different outcomes. A large scale 2011
survey among 1 million Afghans living in Pakistan asked systematic questions on
disability, giving greater insight into variation among people with
disabilities, including their access to education. This provides insight into
access to education and literacy by type of
functional difficulty. Those wih difficulty in seeing were most likely
to attend school (52%), while those with self-care difficulties were least
likely (7.5 %). In between were those with difficulty in speaking (31%) or

How

Answer:
To deceive
or Trap Horace and to believe as an owner/lady of the house, the ‘charming lady’ planned
some techniques.
Firstly, she was walking to the fireplace as
she was the owner of the house.
Secondly,
she told that anyone would think she would have been away for a month and also
said that she came there at the right time.
Thirdly,
she warned him (Horace) that if he ran away from there then she would telephone
the police and tell them all about the matter. Also, she behaved as if she was
the owner.
Fourthly,
she ethically warned him that she did not allow him to go, because, if she
allowed, then he would rob the others. Also, she ethically said that society
must be protected from the man like him.
Fifthly,
she informed Horace that before they left to London, she promised her husband

to take them. Moreover (Tarupari), she informed that she wanted to wear the
jewels to a party that night.

in not to take any tension.
Thus, ‘charming lady’ deceived or trapped Horace.

to the house and escaped.

Natural Resources
(Answer
Reference of Natural Resources:
https://www.toppr.com/guides/essays/natural-resources-essay/ )
Answer:
(a)
Natural Resources:
Mother Nature has given us many
wonderful gifts that not only help us to survive but also to live one life in a
prosperous way. One of these gifts is a natural resource. Besides, these natural
resources help us to make our life easy and comfortable. In
addition, they are present in nature in abundance but many of them take time to
regenerate.
Meaning
of Natural Resources:
A natural resource is not a complex thing basically we
can say that everything that we get from nature is a natural resource. Whether
it is the sunlight, water, coal, natural gases, minerals, and air. All these
things come under natural resources.
Types of Natural resources:
The
categories and use of every natural resource are different but on a broader
level, they are categorized into two categories namely renewable and non-renewable.
Renewable Natural Resources:
These are those natural
resources that are present in abundance and also renew easily. These include
sunlight, water, air, soil, biomass, and wood. But among them, some resources
take time to renew like the wood and soil.
In addition, they are derived
from living things as well as non-living things. Those resources that we derive
from living things are organic renewable resources and those, which we derive
from non-living things, are inorganic renewable resources.
Non-Renewable Natural Resources:
As the name suggests these
resources do not get renewed easily like renewable resources. Also, they take
many years to regenerate. These resources include coal, petroleum, natural
gases, etc.
Besides,
we also categorized into two groups organic and inorganic. The organic
non-renewable resources form from the dead bodies of living things and include
fossil fuel. While inorganic non-renewable resources form with the non-living
things like the wind, minerals, soil, and land.
Distribution of natural resources:
The
natural resources are unevenly distributed on the surface of the earth. In
addition, the different regions of the surface are rich in different varieties
of minerals or natural resources. While there are areas that receive an
abundance of sunlight, on the contrary, there are areas that receive very
little sunlight.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, we can say that
the earth has a huge stock of natural resources and if we use them sustainably
then we can easily save them as well as the planet for

To
The Editor,
The Assam Tribune,
Guwahati, Assam.
Subject: Concern Regarding Waste of Resources During Festivals
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the increasing
wastage of resources during festivals, an issue that needs urgent attention
from both the public and authorities. Festivals are an integral part of our
culture and heritage, bringing communities together in celebration. However,
the growing trend of extravagant celebrations, often involving unnecessary
consumption and waste, is alarming.
For instance, large quantities of plastic and non-biodegradable
materials are used in decorations, only to be discarded irresponsibly
afterward. Food waste has also become a serious concern, with lavish feasts
leading to the disposal of significant amounts of uneaten food. Additionally,
the excessive use of electricity for lighting and loud sound systems adds to
the environmental burden, all while ignoring energy conservation.
As we celebrate, we must not overlook the environmental and social
impact of our actions. Simple, eco-friendly practices—such as using sustainable
decorations, minimizing food waste, and opting for energy-efficient
lighting—can make a big difference. These small changes can help preserve the
environment for future generations while still allowing us to enjoy our
festivals in full spirit.
I urge the authorities to raise awareness and enforce guidelines
to ensure that our festivals do not come at the cost of the environment.
Community leaders and organizers should also promote responsible celebration
practices to minimize waste.
Thank you for considering this important issue. I hope my letter
encourages a thoughtful conversation on this matter, leading to sustainable
solutions.
Yours sincerely,
Radha / Rishav,

great advantage of early rising is the good start it gives us in our
day’s work. The early riser does a large amount of hard work before
